Bugien kysyjille.
Lista lainattu osoitteesta:

Artificial Intelligence:
Battle map)
Fix slow-motion bug
Fix AI *sometimes* not using opened gates
Fix AI poor reaction to horse-archer fire
Fix AI rushing all of it's units into gaps in broken walls (causes extreme lag)
Fix AI piling more than 1 unit per ladder or siege tower in sieges (causes extreme Lag)
Fix AI rushing its Trebuchets across the bridge in Bridge battles
Fix AI abandoning walls during a siege -- sometimes the AI will abandon the walls of it's city and fall back to the town center, even though the AI could feasibly defend from the walls
Fix AI not reacting to flanking maneuvers -- currently they simply do not react
Fix AI sometimes placing units in inaccessible areas -- on top of mountains, for example.
Fix AI sometimes freezing up in piazza
Fix AI not reacting to arrow fire -- entire armies can be moved down without reacting.
Campaign Map)
Fix AI randomly blockading and unblockading ports
Fix AI intelligence when auto-handling tax rates -- AI boosts taxes too High too often
AI still occasionally sends single unit armies accross the landscape. Although this is not always bad, generals are often endangered in a hostile situation
Player-Controlled Units:
General)
Fix slow-motion bug
Fix cavalry not charging
Fix cavalry not pursuing units correctly
Fix cavalry using melee weapons instead of lances during initial charge
Fix ranged troops not always firing on the unit you order them to fire upon
Fix foot units sometimes not charging --
i130.photobucket.com/albums/p266/Nurbz/METW_screen4.jpg
Fix foot units sometimes not pursuing fleeing enemies
Fix units not sending all of their soldiers into melee --
pictures:
i130.photobucket.com/albums/p266/Nurbz/METW_screen3.jpg
i130.photobucket.com/albums/p266/Nurbz/METW_screen.jpg
in other words: only the first 10-12 soldiers fight while the rest spread out behind the unit and mill around; more soldiers COULD be fighting, but they don't.
Fix the issue with Missile Units losing their charge bonus -- they lose their charge bonus because they don't switch to melee weapons when the charge is issued
Siege specific)
Fix units not always climbing siege towers -- some units will remain on the ground
Fix units not always completely climbing ladders -- some soldiers will remain on the ground
Fix other troublesome siege pathfinding problems -- trouble with roads, placing units, marching in cities, etc.
Fix the wall/tower/gateway capture names -- the names do not change making it hard for the player to tell what has been captured
Diplomacy:
Fix the Pope -- Pope currently does not know who to correctly excommunicate if a war erupts between two Christian factions. Many times the Pope will excommunicate the defender for simply protecting his lands.
Fix a Diplomacy bug -- currently if you are at war with 2 or more factions you can't make peace while you share a land border with them
Fix computer automatically maintaining hostile relations after conquering 7 regions -- after acquiring 7 regions, all relations with other factions 'stick' at hostile
Miscellaneous Fixes:
Campaign)
Fix crusaders deserting at high sea every two turns
Fix missions -- sometimes mission don't make sense or can get messed up; such as missions that have the player eliminate the faction who gave the mission
Fix Mongol script -- Mongols sometimes stall production and build massive amounts of naval units
Fix free mercenaries -- sometimes mercenaries can be bought without having their cost deducted from the player's money
Fix chevrons gained from Guilds -- they don't appear to give any bonuses in unit stats
Fix merchant names recycling character names -- example, a merchant called William the Conqueror
Fix agents losing 3-4 points on unsuccessful missions -- maybe reduce to 1-2?
Fix sons of Kings not all being properly named Prince -- only the first son is titled Prince
Fix princess's pictures on family tree becoming 'generic' after a few generations
Fix units not getting upgraded when they should -- example: the Jousting Building does not actually give Knights the upgrade it says they should receive. Same goes for the Woodsmans Guild with archers.
Fix Crusades that fail because someone else beat them to the target -- these Crusades should disband or become rebels, not stand around doing nothing
Fix Crusades that have their family member killed en-route -- these Crusades continue to remain Active, but the Pope does not realise this. Therefore the Pope does not call anymore crusades, and the player cannot recruit anymore crusade units.
Fix Family List not always showing the correct family members for an AI faction -- example: playing as English and having Milan's family list only show 2 members, both having died many years ago. In other words, family list not being correctly updated
Battles)
Fix 2d Sprites -- they're too bright!
Fix the replay issue -- current replays don't depict the battle that was actually fought
Fix towers in Sieges -- in this case, if a tower is captured by the enemy, it can be recaptured by simply placing units near the tower. Even if those units are on the ground.
Fix Danes speaking Russian -- they should at least speak German?
Fix Trebuchets being mobile -- historically, they could not be moved. (this was in MTW, why was it changed?)
Fix crossbowmen 'lobbing' shots into the air -- crossbows can only fire in a relatively straight line
Fix heavily-armored units sounding like peasants -- there is no clanking noise from metal
Fix gunpowder foot units taking too long to reform and fire -- possibly make it so the units can fire without having every soldier in-line?
Fix Armenian Cavalry calling themselves "Light Cavalry" when in fact the tooltip claims they are "Heavy Cavalry"
---------MISCELLANEOUS CHANGES---------
Campaign Map:
Tone down inquisitors
Make assassins stronger
Consider reducing population growth
Consider increasing rate of sea travel slightly
Consider slightly reducing the desertion rate for Crusades Teach AI to form more balanced armies
Teach the AI to better defend its cities/settlements
Make AI more prone to use boats for naval landings
Improve tracking of agents and characters on campaign map
When selecting army on campaign map, arrange the units by type and strength.
Boost merchants slightly -- maybe reduce merchant initial cost or make income levels higher
Thieves Guild is too prominent -- reduce
Tone down the Pagan Magician Trait -- occurs to often
Give the Scots and Mongols at least 1 gunpowder unit -- this will help balance those factions
Possibly increase the penalty of excommunication -- but only if Pope is fixed!
Crusades that fail because someone else beat them to the target should disband or become rebels, not stand around doing nothing
Diplomacy:
Teach AI to think twice before attacking factions more powerful than it
Teach AI to consider a ceasefire at 'Reasonable' when the AI is down to it's last few cities
Increase reliability of alliances -- currently AI factions are too eager to backstab players
Consider adding a "Break alliance with this faction" demand -- example: "Demand the English break their alliance with the HRE, or else!"
Other:
Make the Pause screen movable or at least smaller
Make games save with name of the current date and faction
Language Patch -- allow players from other (real-world) nations to play the game in the language of their choice. example: Germans playing the game in English
Improve unit interaction and response -- units will sometimes not respond to player commands, or they will do unexpected things when issued commands
Rename Dismounted Knights to Foot Knights -- why call them dismounted knights if they can never mount?
Change the audio sound for 'Free Company Men At Arms' unit on the battlemap -- they shout 'Heavy Cavalry' when it should be 'Heavy Infantry'
In the German version of the game, change names of goods to german names (from current english)
---------ADDITIONS---------

Add ability to marry princesses to other family members besides Kings and Heirs
Add ability to free prisoners after offering a ransom that was turned down by the AI. -- example: offer a ransom to the English, but the English refuse. Instead of having to kill the prisoners, give the player the option to release them out of goodwill (could increase relations).
Miscellaneous:
Notifications)
Add a message pop-up about princesses coming of age
Add a message pop-up if any of your agents gain a rank
Add a message pop-up if one of your priests turns heretic
Add an icon that indicates when character has the plague
Other)
Add multiplayer AI
Add Attack Move order
Add Dismounted Qapukulu Units

Add civil wars -- please? ah, we can always hope...
Add boiling oil -- the nozzles for boiling oil are on the gates, but no oil is pouredAdd Support for Dual-Core Processors and On-Board Soundcards -- important!!!
Add the Reinforcement location flag from MTW 1 -- this allows the player to select where reinforcements will march to when they arrive
---------REMOVALS---------
Remove the gun-tower upgrade before the invention of gunpowder
Remove the imbalance between human and AI merchants at the harder difficulty levels.
Remove silly names for royalty -- Example: King Laurence the Effete Home Decorator
Remove the "your CPU can't handle the reinforcements" feature, or please make it an option -- this can ruin the game for those with high-end machines!
Remove limited factions at start of game! -- please CA, nobody wants to be forced to play through a campaign before they can unlock other factions. Just make them all playable from the start
---------TECHNICAL PROBLEMS---------
For some players)
Random lag spikes occur
V-Sync can cause extreme slowdowns
Living soldiers disappear as if they are ghosts when they are fighting
Soldiers will move in 'slow-motion' -- This is a major bug for some people with high-end systems. Units will move in slow-motion while other units will move at regular speed. This can be a game breaker in battles.

Multiplayer is unreasonably laggy --
for further detail:
p223.ezboard.com/fshoguntotalwarfrm59.showMessage?topicID=295.topic
Common)
Extreme lag during sieges -- occurs when AI masses troops on ladders, on siege equipment, through the gate, or in any other area. (if AI pathfinding is fixed, this will most surely be fixed also)
