Snakehan kantaa Fox-Die virusta. Naomi Hunter muunteli Fox-Dieta siten, että se saattaa tappaa Snaken milloin tahansa. Ehkä Snake haluaa löytää Patriootit sen takia, että uskoo heidän hallussaan olevan vastalääkettä.

Kyllä he tosiaan olivat pelkästään tekoälyohjelmia. "Only GW..." viittaa siihen, että Arsenalissa oli useampia tekoälyohjelmistoja ja GW oli vain yksi niistä. Substancen käsikirjoituksen mukaan Colonel ja Rose olivat JFK.

Se liittyy tähän siten, että en oikein pidä tavasta, jolla Snake Soupin ylläpitäjä kirjoittaa artikkelinsa. Kauheaa teinikieltä...

Kuka/ketkä oli(vat) Arsenal gearin ja S3 projektin takana, jos Patriootit kuolivat sata vuotta ennen MGS2:n tapahtumia? Otacon siis kertoi tämän lopputekstien jälkeen.
