Kun pelaan Medal of Honor peliä, niin Windows xp alkaa automaattisesti yhdistämään internettiin ja peli kaatuu. Miten saan poistettua automaattisen yhdistyksen?

Computer tries to dial the internet when launching a single player game.

After clicking to start a new mission from the briefing room computers that use internet software such as MSN, AOL or others like it may freeze or crash the game in an attempt to connect to the internet. This occurs due to a Windows setting telling the software to connect whenever a internet check is performed. Medal of Honor Allied Assault will make such a check even for single player games. To prevent the auto-dialer from conflicting with the game the computers internet settings should be set to never automatically dial a connection. Follow these steps to do so:

Click the "Start" button, click "Settings," then select "Control Panel."
Once the "Control Panel" is open, double-click on "Internet Options."
Click the "Connections" tab on this window.
Check "Never dial a connection."
Click "Apply" in the lower right then click "OK."

The auto dialer should no longer run.

This setting will prevent the computer from automatically dialing the internet when programs are launched. Connecting to the internet through the dial-up software that is used will be needed for multiplayer games.
